At the start of the pandemic the hottest product on the market was the headset. A lucky selection of the workforce will have received the vital equipment by their employers with the rest of us searching through Amazon and even borrowing the kid’s gaming headset.
If there's one thing the pandemic has highlighted, it’s the importance of audio quality in a world that, at the time, was focussing on camera quality, with headsets mainly being associated with call centres. Now, if an employee can work from home they’ll be using a headset to take part in their daily calls.
But just because headsets are commonplace in the modern workstation, doesn’t mean there is no room for improvement. Microphone and speaker quality can always be improved along with connectivity for the wireless solutions.
