Yealink UK new team

Yealink UK has unveiled a new-look team to spearhead supply and support operations across the UK and Ireland.

As Head of Yealink UK, Joe Casari has taken ownership for the relationship with Yealink China and leads the management of the business day to day. He is being supported by Yealink UK Channel Business Development Manager Lee Fletcher, Video Conferencing Services Business Development Manager, Chris Hopkins, Sue Greenlees, Customer Services Administrator and Marketing Manager Nichola Clayton - alongside dedicated technical support.

Founded in 2001, Yealink is a multinational corporation dedicated to developing video, voice and content collaboration as well as communication technology. Yealink has transformed the market with its focus on high-productivity and easy collaboration. Currently, Yealink provides services to customers in more than 140 countries.

“There is huge potential to grow the Yealink business in the UK and Ireland,” said Joe. “We have put solid foundations in place to make sure we have a strong go-to-market strategy – including the expanded team - with all the necessary support tools and skills our channel community needs to develop their own businesses. We are passionate about adding value in a seamless way such as through the creation of dedicated tool kits.”

Jason Sun, Yealink’s Director of Key Account Sales (UK), says Yealink UK is one of Yealink’s official main UK distributors – and has added great value to Yealink in terms of the penetration to service provider business, as well as its UC business channel to enterprise level accounts.

“Yealink UK is a great partner and is ideally positioned to inspire tremendous business growth across the UK and Ireland not just for ourselves but the many business partners that sell our innovative product portfolio.”

Joe concluded: “It’s a very exciting time to be taking on this new role. We will be focusing on the two key areas of end points and video conferencing. UC deployment is becoming an integral strategy to enable organisations to communicate across boundaries. Yealink are at the forefront in R&D and technology design which is rapidly contributing to the success of the brand and the sector as a whole.”
