Acronym Solutions is launching a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform to help businesses communicate and collaborate from anywhere.

The full-service ICT company, Acronym Solutions, offers secure and scalable network connectivity, cloud, and managed IT solutions.

Acronym says it is responding to the need for business tools which enable dispersed workforces to work more effectively together.

John Papadakis, President and CEO, Acronym Solutions, said: "Remote work is a trend that's here to stay."

"That's why we're providing our customers with seamless and secure collaboration tools to keep their employees connected to each other and to their customers.

"UCaaS boosts productivity and employee responsiveness, so businesses can focus on their growth strategies."

Acronym's UCaaS solution includes voice and video calling, messaging and meeting features in a single application. This allows employees to join video calls, send emails, and more from the same device, without needing to switch between applications.

The UCaaS platform enables anywhere and anytime collaboration so remote working teams can communicate internally and with customers more simply.

Acronym details three further benefits of UCaaS; it is easy to integrate, intuitive, scalable, and cost-effective.

From an integration standpoint, UCaaS can integrate with over 100 industry-leading CRM apps without requiring costly infrastructure upgrades, licenses or third-party applications.

Its scalability allows admins to scale its features and functionality up or down as needed. Users can also be added or removed without any difficulty.

Finally, from a cost perspective, UCaaS is cheaper than traditional telephony, according to Acronym. There are no additional usage or licencing fees. Upgrades are also free and take place automatically.

In its press release, Acronym described its business: "We support Ontario-based businesses, large enterprises, service providers, healthcare providers, public sector organizations and agencies, utilities and school boards.

"We leverage our extensive expertise to design and build customized, fully scalable solutions to help our customers grow their business and realize their full potential."

Acronym Solutions has over 20 years of experience managing the communications network that enables Ontario's electrical grid. Its services help businesses meet the changing demands of a post-pandemic business.
