Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise's Rainbow Office will release further updates, including Rainbow Office Rooms live closed captions at the end of July 2022.
Through its partnership with RingCentral, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise created a new cloud communications solution called 'Rainbow Office'.
Rainbow Office became an official public offering on March 31st, 2021, facilitating remote collaboration in meeting rooms between employees.
Sébastien Baillot, Product Line Manager of Rainbow Office, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, spoke about the customer feedback it has received since it launched Rainbow Office: "Customers like the fact that the solution is scalable, and that once it is in place, you can easily have a beta test.

"It is easy to put in place for an organisation which is divided across several areas. You can have an international or national division with several offices.
"The solution really allows you to onboard at your pace, if you want to have a full deployment, or if you want to go step by step."
