The communications platform provider was ranked 1,870 overall and 251 for software companies.
This is the second year in a row that Appspace has been included in the list.
Tony DiBenedetto, CEO of Appspace, said: "Employees don't want a bunch of different apps to do their jobs, and employers don't want to manage multiple apps either.
"Appspace is leading the way in helping organisations easily connect people, places, and spaces.
"Our growth and Inc. 5000 recognition is reflective of our mission to help enterprises succeed in this ongoing workplace shift."
The company believes in a one-platform approach, whether they are in-office, hybrid, remote, or frontline workers.
Business leaders are looking to modernise workplaces and attract talent, according to Appspace.
From a product perspective, Appspace employs a combination of modern intranet, embedded apps, an employee app, digital signage, and more, which it says it is the first to do.
The company also offers workplace management solutions, including wayfinding, interactive kiosks, visitor management, room scheduling, and space reservation.
Recently, the company launched Appspace for Microsoft to improve communications and productivity for companies using Microsoft solutions.
