Presenter Patrick is joined by Charlie Doubek, Vice President Advanced Services EMEA and then by Nicolas Coudret, Head of Product Management for Cisco at Arkadin.
Patrick speaks to Charlie about Arkadin's big news announcement for this year's UC EXPO. Its Cisco Webex Calling offering will provide customers with global PSTN telephony via Cisco’s Broadcloud PBX technology under the Webex brand. Charlie explains how Arkadin are well placed to offer such a solution as it is part of the NTT Group and can leverage the NTT Communications’ global voice network.
Next up Patrick speaks to Nicolas Coudret how explains more about the logistics of how the new solution will work. NTT's global network will interconnect with Cisco's data centres and will enable customers to utilise end to end services for cloud PBX and PSTN.
