As part of the NTT Communications company - one of the world leaders in enterprise solutions for ICT management, Arkadin is constantly searching for new ways to upgrade its unified communications and collaborations offering in a competitive marketplace.
In an attempt to facilitate a future driven by effective leadership, the company announced the promotion of three experts within their executive group. These promotions are part of Arkadin's plan to continue expanding their offerings and ensure greater alignment with other NTT Group organisations.
The Arkadin Promotions
The promotions announced by Arkadin recently, celebrated the rise of Mark Alexander to COO, Florence Mas-Pastor to Chief Legal Officer, and Scott McMaster to Managing Director of the Americas. Each of these employees has proven themselves as veterans in the Arkadin community, with a long history of success ensuring company goals are met.
As Managing Director of the Americas, Scott McMaster will be responsible for leading business operations and strategies for Latin America, Canada, and the US. Before he took on this promotion, McMaster was responsible for Sales and Marketing, as the VP for these practices in North America. Scott has been with the Arkadin team since 2002, and he's currently based in Atlanta.
As Chief Operating Officer or COO, Mark Alexander will be taking on the responsibility of managing operating efficiency for the Arkadin global business model. He'll also be leading the go-to-market and sales model too. He's spent numerous years in the industries of IT and cloud communications, and he joined Arkadin in 2010 as president of the Americas. Alexander is also located in Atlanta.
