Arrow Hits Mark With Acquisition

Arrow Business Communications has purchased Cambridgeshire-based Comms-Solve Technologies Ltd

Arrow acquisition news

IT and Telephony conglomerate Arrow Business Communications has purchased Cambridgeshire-based Comms-Solve Technologies Ltd, increasing its reach in the UC market.

It is a further sign of Arrow’s ambition to cement its position as one of the UK’s leading enterprise IT and telecommunications suppliers. The acquisition is Arrow’s seventh in the last six years, boosting turnover to an estimated £27 million with significantly increased presence in the east of England.

Comms-Solve is a proven specialist in helping small to medium-sized businesses make the move from traditional telephony to cloud-based integrated communications systems. It’s expertise in Mitel systems in particular is seen as a good strategic addition to the Arrow portfolio, which covers a wide range of services ranging from hosted telephony, data connectivity and mobiles through to mobile device management, telephone systems and IT services.

New Partnerships

Arrow managing director Chris Russell, said: “Comms-Solve is an award winning team, which is highly engineering focused and well recognised in the industry. The company shares our ethos of excellent customer care whilst complementing our existing Mitel skills.”

Comms-Solve’s employees will remain in their Cambridge premises.

Simon Finnerty from Comms-Solve, said:

“We are excited about working with Arrow as both companies deliver high quality solutions and service for their customers. Our shared resources will mean customers will benefit from industry leading technology delivered by trusted partners.”
