Arrow Business Communications Limited has announced the acquisition of 360 Solutions Ltd.
360 Solutions is a leading provider of Telecoms and IT services to the legal sector and works with a similar set of industry leading suppliers as Arrow. The company has also built up a strong presence in other markets such as online retail, property development and recruitment.
All of the Directors of 360 Solutions will be staying on and will work within the Arrow group, as will the remainder of the 360 Solutions team, ensuring a smooth transition for all of its valued clients.
Oliver Marsden, founder and main shareholder of 360 Solutions, who will remain with the business and will continue to lead a number of key customer relationships, commented:

360 Solutions has over 400 customers and has deployed a range of solutions covering Unified Communications, Skype for Business, PCI compliant call-recording and IT networking and mobility solutions.
Commenting on the acquisition, CEO of Arrow, Chris Russell said:

Arrow was assisted on the acquisition by both Dow Schofield Watts and Kemp Little. The shareholders of 360 Solutions were advised by Knight Corporate Finance.
