Today's businesses of all sizes are searching for an environment that allows them to collaborate and communicate freely from any device, in any landscape. As the workplace as we know it becomes more dispersed and remote in nature, companies need to ensure that their employees can stay connected on the move. According to the Chief Product Officer for AT&T business, Roman Pacewicz, AT&T has already seen incredible success with its immersive Office@Hand solution.
Through its partnership with RingCentral, AT&T has the technology it needs to deliver premium cloud-based solutions for communications to the market. These cloud-based offerings will help to boost customer engagement, driver greater employee productivity, and encourage more streamlined operations.
AT&T's Office@Hand solution will also come with enhanced integration with the Microsoft Teams platform. It will play a key part in comprehensive offerings like the SD-WAN and SD-WAN NOW packages from AT&T that offer optimised voice and video to modern businesses.
