Singapore-based startup, H3 Dynamics, has recently partnered with leading communications brand, Avaya on a new solution for emergency response drone video communication. H3 Dynamics is best-known for offering fully autonomous stations for charging remote industrial asset and security drones. The company signed an agreement with Avaya to create a suite of real-time video analytics and video streaming solutions for government groups and emergency responders in Africa and the Middle East.
The integrated solutions were recently demonstrated at the Avaya ENGAGE event in Dubai. H3 Dynamics' base station systems under the "Dronebox" label offer businesses access to intelligent field robots that can manage their own drone operations. These tools can be stationed at various locations, deploying cameras at a moment's notice. Avaya's IX workplace for calling, messaging, and conferencing will allow these intuitive drones to feed live drone footage from different locations and devices via secure conferencing tools.

Contact centres running the Avaya IX solution will be able to manage and remotely deploy drones in emergency situations with access to real-time video streams.

The combination of the technologies from both companies will help emergency responders in the Middle East and Africa to respond to incidents more efficiently. The enhanced Dronebox system is already being tested by numerous government authorities across the region. The solution has been embraced by a police service that uses reconnaissance drones to address traffic accidents and quickly deliver the right level of response to the situation.
According to the CEO and Founder of H3 Dynamics, Taras Wankewycz, the core technology blueprint translates well into various existing use cases. Because the H3 Dynamics solutions enable the automated deployment of drones, it's easy to unlock rapid response times with minimal involvement from humans. The partnership with Avaya will help teams on the ground to get more information in emergency situations.
An Exciting Opportunity in Innovation
The VP of Hospitality, Intelligent Devices and Healthcare for Avaya International, Frederick Sabty, has said that the openness of the Avaya unified communications and contact centre portfolio technologies will enable the creation of cutting-edge use cases across the industry. Public organisations are no longer looking for standalone products; they need integrated solutions that meet with the challenges that they face every day.
The MoU between H3 Dynamics and Avaya represents an excellent opportunity to combine exceptional open communication tools with next-generation technology for next-level innovation.
