Microsoft Introduces New Solutions to Inspire
Microsoft recently launched its Inspire event in a virtual format, showcasing some of the new and improved innovations that the company will deliver in the months ahead. During this year’s conference, Microsoft focused heavily on its commitment to delivering incredible team experiences that automate workflow processes for modern companies.
Microsoft Teams meeting rooms will now come with advanced management capabilities that make it easier to monitor and protect devices remotely. The Microsoft team is also exploring new solutions to assist first line workers, with time clocks available both on the web and desktop app for Teams. Making Collaboration Easier in Microsoft Teams
Microsoft also introduced a selection of updates to the Teams experience intended to build on the current collaborative platform. For instance, there’s a new file-sharing experience coming to Microsoft Teams that the company originally announced during Microsoft Ignite in 2019. The solution will include a new option to access OneDrive content in the Microsoft Teams tabs.
Aside from the improved file sharing experience, Microsoft also introduced a new setting for inline translation. The translation service in Microsoft Teams will now default to being on for all customers unless administrators specifically turn the service off. This will ensure that employees can translate messages instantly with the click of a button. Learn more here.
