Brightlink, a leading communication platform provider, has announced that it's experienced a huge surge in demand for its CPaaS offering since launching the 2.0 platform in May. Various businesses, from Directed to CCI, are adopting the CPaaS platform to achieve next-generation goals in their communication strategy and benefit from enhanced mobility, easy provisioning, and easier system administration.
According to Geoff Augenstein, the Director of IT at Directed, a security and control telematics brand, the company switched to Brightlink to access an infrastructure more capable of addressing its communication needs. The transition to the Brightlink CPaaS solution was efficient and seamless, according to Augenstein.
A Growing Demand for CPaaS Flexibility
With CPaaS access to various network service solutions, companies will be able to enhance their omni-channel engagement strategy and provide more customised experiences for customers. CPaaS makes it easier to integrate different services into a communications mix. For instance, companies can activate a variety of phone number types, from toll-free to mobile, with instant provisioning. It's also possible to access things like business messaging to elevate new customer support capabilities.
While CPaaS has previously been the go-to solution for API developers alone, the CPaaS platform from Brightlink offers enterprises a new route. Companies can either access a robust set of APIs for developing or an easy-to-use web interface that's accessible for management and administration. The second option eliminates the need for code-writing skills.
Rob Chen, CEO of Brightlink, said that the company built its 2.0 platform for CPaaS to make it easier for everyone to unlock the benefits of CPaaS in any industry or vertical. The new model ensures that all customers can bring exciting capabilities into their everyday processes without a hassle.
