Grandstream and BroadSoft customers are sure to celebrate now that the companies have decided to come together and collaborate to deliver a new solution for business communications. BroadSoft, the leader in global market share for cloud-based business communications, recently announced that they have finally completed the new BroadSoft "Broadworks" platform for call control testing for interoperability. Grandstream's latest products, including the mid-range GXP1700 series IP phones, and the HT800 series analogue telephones are well-equipped to work with the technology.
Customers and service providers that use BroadSoft's business platform will now be able to deploy a collection of Grand Stream's GXP1700 IP phones, and the HT800 series ATAs can be deployed too, giving a wider range of solutions to various companies.
A Great Forward Step for Communication
The successful interoperability testing performed by BroadSoft has unlocked all of the Grandstream current IP phones and ATAs to make them interoperable with the Business Software as a Service solutions offered by BroadSoft. The IP phones that are available for the solution include:
- The GXV Series
- The GXP1600 Series
- The GXP1700 Series
- The GXP 2100 Series
Interoperability can also be accessed with a range of additional DECT Cordless IP Phones. The company commented that they were excited to see how their customers would be able to benefit from this new collection of integrations as they move forward into a new communication-rich future.
