CallTower has announced a strategic investment from private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners. The UC company says the investment is designed to accelerate growth and strengthen its ability to deliver managed communications services to organizations operating across increasingly complex, distributed environments.
Bret England, President and Chief Executive Officer of CallTower, said of the move:
“This transformative investment signals an exciting new chapter for CallTower and its customers, employees, and technology partners. With Court Square’s deep expertise and substantial resources, CallTower is well-positioned to expand its distribution channels, enhance its proprietary technology, and bring modern communications platforms to more enterprise organizations globally.”
The company has positioned itself at the forefront of a growing category of managed service providers focused on cloud communications. These providers help businesses integrate and manage platforms across multiple vendors and locations, supporting unified communications, collaboration, contact center technologies, artificial intelligence, and broader customer experience tools. As hybrid work and global operations become the norm, demand for this service model continues to rise.
Inside the investment and CallTower’s strategy
CallTower operates as a global cloud-managed service provider, helping enterprises deploy and manage a range of leading communications platforms. Its portfolio includes integrations with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Webex by Cisco, Zoom, Five9, and Genesys. By supporting multiple vendors, the company positions itself as a solution-agnostic partner capable of operating across complex enterprise environments.
The company has already experienced significant growth under previous private equity ownership. In 2023, investment firm BV Investment Partners backed CallTower with the goal of strengthening vendor partnerships, expanding routes to market, and broadening the company’s overall solution set. One key move during that period was the 2025 acquisition of Inoria, which expanded CallTower’s capabilities in customer experience and contact center solutions.
That investment phase helped CallTower scale both technologically and geographically. The new partnership builds on that foundation, with previous major investor BV Investment Partners and CallTower’s leadership team retaining a minority stake in the business.
What the investment could mean for CallTower’s growth
Private equity backing often signals more than financial support; it typically comes with strategic direction and operational scaling. Court Square has a history of helping portfolio companies expand, often combining organic growth with acquisitions and operational investment.
Previous examples illustrate this approach. Court Square’s backing of MSP Thrive saw the company accelerate its geographic expansion, strengthen sales and technical teams, and broaden service portfolios across cloud and cybersecurity offerings.
