CallTower and Nuvias UC have partnered to distribute advanced cloud communications solutions across the EMEA.

Nuvias UC, a leading wholesale technology distributor, offers CallTower the opportunity to leverage its thorough EMEA market reach and expertise to bolster its global footprint and drive revenue growth.

CallTower stresses that the collaboration illustrates a major strategic milestone in its EMEA go-to-market strategy. This partnership intends to empower Nuvias UC channels with global voice capabilities on advanced industry platforms, enhancing their service offerings and market reach.

CallTower CRO William Rubio commented:

This partnership with Nuvias UC is a testament to our EMEA team’s innovative approach and unwavering commitment to achieving strategic goals. We are excited to take this step forward, as it aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver cutting-edge communication solutions to businesses worldwide."

CallTower outlines that its "Crawl, Walk, Run" porting strategy is central to this initiative. It says it highlights the company's methodical approach to market expansion and ensures steady, sustainable growth. This strategy aims to enable CallTower to meticulously evaluate and enter new markets with a deliberate approach, offering customised solutions that address local business requirements.

"CallTower is revolutionising unified communications by providing businesses with flexible, scalable, and secure calling solutions across popular platforms like Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom," added Wayne Gratton, CCO at Nuvias UC. What Has CallTower Been Up To Recently?

Last month, CallTower and Phonism partnered to offer an advanced device management solution for non-Cisco devices.

CallTower, in partnership with Phonism’s Multi-Vendor Device Management solution, seeks to transform how businesses manage their devices. This solution is designed to streamline complex processes, strengthen security, and lower operational costs as companies move from traditional phone systems to cloud-based telephony.

Meanwhile, in August, CallTower partnered with Tollring on its Analytics 365 solution designed specifically for Microsoft Teams to “revolutionise” call data insights.

Analytics 365 provides key features aimed at optimising company communications by leveraging real-time data insights. These insights deliver essential analytics, allowing businesses to monitor performance and enhance staff productivity, skill development, and overall efficiency. Customisable wallboards enable the tracking of call queues, ensuring that service level targets are met in alignment with business objectives.

With robust reporting capabilities, users gain a comprehensive view of their communication activities, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly covered. Complex data is presented in an intuitive, easy-to-understand format, enabling businesses to act on important information quickly.
