Pragma delivered four brewery-themed roadshows across the UK, culminating at the iconic Counting House pub in the City of London.
The roadshows launched exciting new technologies across four product areas: on-premises, cloud, virtualised solutions and digital engagement. These new product launches continue to deliver opportunity to Pragma resellers wanting to engage their customers in digital transformation. Highlights of the product launch included the new virtualised iPECS vUCP, iPECS Approved headsets, icall analytics, enhanced CRM integration, and a whole host of updates to the iPECS Cloud platform.
The team from SO WIFI presented game changing SO WIFI and SO REVIEW products that help location based businesses, such as retail and hospitality, engage their audience more than ever on social and review platforms. These powerful SO WIFI products support resellers looking to drive digital engagement with their end users.
Will Morey, Sales and Marketing Director at Pragma commented:
“Our roadshows have seen better attendance than ever before with reseller sales teams across the UK keen to understand the latest product releases and opportunities. Our portfolio is unique in delivering this breadth of opportunity and allows resellers to secure real growth from helping end users transition to new technologies.”
The roadshows saw record attendance with over 200 customers across the four events. The launch of iPECS vUCP represents the latest piece in the iPECS product strategy with feature rich solutions across virtualised software and multi-tenanted cloud platforms. Each platform delivers consistent user experience, with common handsets and applications and means Ericsson-LG are one of the few vendors with a true infrastructure agnostic approach that can meet the needs of micro businesses through to large enterprise.
