Cisco has launched a programme allowing organizations to invest in Cisco technology with flexible payment plans, including payment deferrals until 2024.
The Cisco Capital Business Acceleration Programme, offered through Cisco's Capital wing, allows organizations greater access to Cisco's range of solutions while minimizing cash outlay. The Cisco Capital Business Acceleration Programme will permit customers who purchase Cisco products or solutions before July 29, 2023, to defer all payments until 2024.
Kristine A. Snow, SVP and President at Cisco Capital, commented:
The Cisco Capital Business Acceleration Program is in response to customer and partner requests to help mitigate financial challenges based on overall market uncertainty and the impact that it is having on their businesses. Our goal is to provide payment options that allow continuous technology investment to maintain productivity and business continuity while minimizing cash outlays."
Payments deferred until 2024 will be based on the contract terms and how much money customers have invested in Cisco.
All Cisco solutions — including hardware, software, and services — are eligible for the Cisco Capital Business Acceleration Programme. Select partner services and third-party hardware will be included too.
The initiative is part of Cisco Capital's mission to empower customers and partners to accelerate technology investments while adapting to market uncertainty, enabling them to maintain productivity and business continuity while preserving a healthy cash flow.
"Customer success is our priority," Snow added. "The new program is designed with this in mind and will help address some of our customers' most pressing concerns."
