Award-winning provider of global collaboration solutions, Avocor, recently announced the development of a new edge-to-edge display collection: the G Series. The G-Series of video collaboration monitor solutions represents a sleek, bezel-free interaction collection of monitors, intended to boost enhance collaboration in the workplace.

Available in 85-, 75-, and 65-inch versions, the G Series displays feature a host of proprietary technology, like Avocor UiQ one button touch interfaces, and a new generation of the Avocor InGlass touch system, for more intuitive interactive experiences. The new solutions respond to the new demands the last year and a half have placed on the collaboration landscape.

As companies continue to search for ways to bring teams together through tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco Webex, the G-Series will enhance the hybrid environment with 4K visuals, and powerful functionality, like annotation and whiteboarding.

An Immersive Collaboration Experience

The Avocor G Series promises to break down the common barriers between remote and in-office employees, for better communication and idea sharing. According to the Avocor team, the modern workforce has now evolved beyond the static monitor and needs something more intuitive and immersive. The G Series is an exciting option for the workplace, meeting spaces, and boardrooms of tomorrow, with easy integration with a range leading tech innovator like HP, Logitech, and Lenovo.

GM and SVP of Avocor, Dana Corey, said that as more organisations begin to bring employees back into the physical office, meeting display solutions will need to align teams wherever they are. The G Series offers a stunning solution for performance and functionality in one.

The native 4K resolution, 500 nits of brightness, and 30-bit color of the G Series helps to create unrivalled performance compared to other interactive displays on the market. Companies can choose from a range of backlit screen sizes to meet their needs, and all glass is bonded with anti-glare and zero parallax for better writing experiences. The solution also comes with advanced object recognition to allow users to switch from a pen to a finger or palm whenever they choose.

Accessing and enhancing your meeting is made simple by the Avocor UIQ interface, complete with a customisable start screen, remote-free menu, and secure set of over-the-air firmware updates. All these features come together to maximise ROI and minimise power consumption.

A Sleek Solution for Communication

The G Series collection features edge-to-edge bezel-less design perfect for sleek and seamless integration into any meeting room. There’s even a set of built-in Doppler sensors to automatically wake the display when they trigger motion in a space, for power-saving.

The display also comes with support for one cable audio, USB touch, 4K video, power, and ethernet, while top-edge USB ports offer access to guest connections and cameras. There are high-quality speakers built-in and a set of beam-forming microphones with over 15-foot range to help ensure everyone in the meeting is heard.

The 65- and 75-inch versions of the screen are now available through Avrocar’s network distribution partners. The larger screen will be available worldwide in the early 2022 months.
