What is a CSP?
A Communications Service Provider (CSP) is a company that hosts a cloud communications service and sells it on a subscription basis to channel partners and end-user organisations.
Some providers sell direct to end-user organisations, some adopt an in-direct approach via a network of resellers (channel partners), whilst some use both methods to sell their services.
A CSP typically brings together an 'all one one' solution for it's customers, which includes telephony, unified communications & collaboration, video conferencing, contact centre and billing.
