The UK’s leading technology provider has further expanded its business by the acquisition of South Wales based VCUK Limited and VCUK Services Limited, who both trade as Vision Communications, for an undisclosed sum.
In a bold move, the purchase of the Caerphilly based Mobile Services provider offers Communicate Better the opportunity to expand its geographical coverage across the South West, as well as the chance to provide enhanced service offerings to the existing customer base.
Vision will become part of the Communicate Better Group, but will continue to operate under the Vision Communications name, with all management and employees remaining in position to ensure continuity of service. The newly enhanced company will now be able to supply a wider range of telephony, IT and vehicle telematics services to the Vision Communications customer base.
