Dialpad and T-Mobile are partnering over the launch of Ai Recaps - a “game changer for business communication” that leverages conversational data to create accurate, customisable, and actionable insights.
Ai Recaps was developed on DialpadGPT, a large language model (LLM) designed for business conversations, and utilises more than six billion minutes of Dialpad’s conversational data.
The two companies are adding a three-year extension to their partnership, which began in 2021. As part of their new agreement, Dialpad and Dialpad from T-Mobile business customers will be able to implement Dialpad’s new AI-powered cloud communications technology, including Ai Recaps.
The unified communications platform provider is also joining the T-Mobile 5G Network Slicing Beta to help enhance video calling experiences.
Craig Walker, CEO & Founder of Dialpad, commented on the significance of its new partnership with T-Mobile:
"Ai Recaps isn't just a feature; it's a step toward making AI a tangible reality for businesses and the modern workforce.
"It revolutionises professional interactions, ensuring that every critical insight is captured with actionable summaries on every call and meeting.
“This collaboration is a clear indication of our unwavering resolve to bring AI's potential to life, continually innovating and refining our solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our customers."
Dialpad believes that its technology helps to solve a number of key pain points for businesses, like the expensive and difficulty of implementing legacy PBX phone systems that often suffer from poor quality video and dropped calls.
By combining Dialpad’s latest AI solutions with the power of 5G, business to business communications should be a “breeze” and enable clients to sell more and increase their revenue.
Since adding Ai Recaps to its Early Adopter Program (EAP) earlier this year, it has already created more than 50 million AiRecaps for calls and meetings.
