Donoma OneVoice for Transcription and Translation

Donoma OneVoice adds multilingual transcription and translation for Cisco voicemail, Gmail and Microsoft users, helping teams collaborate

Donoma OneVoice transcription and translation

Donoma Software, a company specialising in solutions for upgraded communications mobility and analytics, recently announced the arrival of a new service, the Donoma OneVoice. OneVoice is designed to supplement Donoma’s already impressive portfolio of Unified Messaging solutions, which have been delivered over a decade of innovation for the company.

The Donoma OneVoice solution aims to provide the next generation in what end-users need: a multi-lingual translation and transcription system for their Cisco voicemail solution.

Visual Voicemail in Multiple Languages

The OneVoice software automatically senses the language being spoken by a user, to provide an immersive transcription of the incoming voicemail message. The Unified Messaging delivers the voicemail transcription, audio, and other optional translations into different languages through one convenient email. This means that users can get all of the information they need without having to worry about data overload.

Thanks to the optional translation features included as part of the transcription service, it’s now easier than ever for businesses to gather and manage information from colleagues and coworkers around the world. According to Donoma, the service is designed for a world where the way that we work is constantly changing. Teams are quickly embracing a more diverse multi-cultural environment, but language can still present a barrier in business, healthcare, and school systems alike. OneVoice removes those language barriers to make communication and connectivity easier.

A Unique Way to Solve Language Problems

OneVoice by Donoma aims to solve the issues that have kept people in different countries from sharing knowledge for decades. The OneVoice service provides the most flexibility in the market when it comes to the length of transcription recordings supported. Additionally, OneVoice also offers a wide range of translation options for more than 100 dialects and languages. Currently, the OneVoice experience is available to access for any Gmail or Microsoft user with a Cisco phone platform.

Donoma feels that this new service will help to connect people across common barriers in any business landscape, for better collaboration and stronger human connections.
