Leading communications innovator, Dubber, recently announced the arrival of 12 new solutions and products to its voice intelligence portfolio. The offerings are available immediately alongside existing solutions like DubAI and CallDub.
According to COO of Dubber, James Slaney, Unified Call Recording capabilities are growing increasingly essential in achieving the revenue, compliance, and customer insights needed from businesses and governments today. Not having access to compliant records in real-time is placing companies at a serious disadvantage, particularly as over 80 percent of critical conversations with customers and colleagues happen via voice.
Executive Director of Cavell, Matthew Townend, says that Dubber is continuing to transform the economics of voice data and call recording with this slew of new features, bringing the benefits of call and voice intelligence to businesses of all sizes.
The New Core Dubber Solutions
The heart of the recent announcement is the three new core solutions from Dubber, which offer business and government users affordable options for capturing voice intelligence. Options include:
- Dubber Premium: This unlocks Dubber functionality and AI-enhanced insights with high-quality notifications, transcriptions, and alerts. There’s also the option to easily integrate Dubber with business intelligence and CRM apps, with plans starting at $49.95 per month.
- Dubber Teams: This solution is suited to leaders and managers needing central control and review over highly accurate and enforced data for sales, customer insights, and sales. Plans start at only around $19.95 per month per endpoint.
- Dubber You: This provides Call Recording so individuals can record, store, and review crucial conversations. Dubber You handles the automatic recording of calls, and video with no additional software or hardware, and unlimited storage. Plans begin at around $14.95 per endpoint per month.
All Dubber solutions include critical features like easy-to-use iOS and Android applications, web applications, unlimited storage, concierge training and setup, data download and export, and more. The new solutions make Unified Call Recording even more attractive to businesses of any size.
According to Slaney, Dubber was founded to reduce the complexity of capturing conversations. Too many people lose the value of the discussion once it ends, and Dubber wants to avoid that going forward.
