Elitetele.com rebrands to Elite Group

Privately-owned Elitetele.com PLC has recently rebranded its trading name to Elite Group and launched a new website. Since its inception in 2000 as a pure-play telephony business, the firm has grown into a leading provider of Unified Communications and IT Services; providing solutions to over 7,000 customers of all sizes. Elite has seen year-on-year double-digit growth and completed 16 successful acquisitions to become a £57 million turnover company.

Adam Turton, Director at Elite Group says: “It’s been a fantastic journey, but we are now more than just about telecoms. As we move towards being a one-stop-shop for all our customers’ communications and IT needs we decided it was time to update our trading name and emphasise what we aim to achieve for our customers. We are about unifying communications and IT into a simple managed service for organisations so they can focus on their core business activity and increase their productivity."

“Through both organic growth and acquisition, we now have the technology, expertise and knowledge to integrate communications and IT platforms to improve productivity at a reduced cost and with reduced complexity. With our trading name change comes a renewed determination to offer our customers best-in-class products, customer service and added value,” says Turton.

“Our promise to our customers is that we will communicate with them clearly, be planned and prepared in our approach, and work as a team with them to continually improve our service. We’ve always put our customers at the heart of everything we do and we will strive to continue to deliver a service that is Elite,” concluded Turton.
