Enreach has joined Microsoft’s Operator Connect programme across five countries.
The pan-European firm joins more than 20 carriers to have approval already.
Martin Claßen, Chief Product Officer, said Enreach: “We are aiming to make contact between people as friction-free as possible and break down both physical and digital barriers so that people can focus on their conversations, without the distraction of technology.
“Being part of Microsoft Operator Connect is a further step towards this, and it also fits in with our mission to help Microsoft customers across the region make the most of their technology investments”
Operator Connect was launched last year and lets businesses connect PSTN calling into Microsoft Teams without the need for complex Direct Routing solutions.
The third option for adding voice to Teams is to buy the service directly from Microsoft through its Calling Plans.
Unlike Direct Routing, Microsoft regulates Operator Connect providers, and carriers have to be approved by the software giant before offering the service.
Enreach will provide the service in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands and said that availability in other countries will follow.
