The way we communicate and collaborate has changed rapidly in recent years. Face-to-face meetings and conferencing sessions have been widely replaced with new solutions leveraging video, messaging, and audio delivered over the cloud.  

As hybrid and remote work strategies continue to evolve, companies are increasingly searching for ways to bring teams together more effectively in the digital world. In some cases, this even means turning to immersive technologies, such as extended reality, to recreate a sense of presence and engagement missing from many remote interactions.  

Today, we’re exploring some of the top events and expos worth attending in 2023, for companies and business buyers looking to learn more about immersive collaboration.  

Laval Virtual 

April 12-16, France

The event covers a wide range of topics, from insights into the current state of the market, to peer and customer reports.

June 21-22nd, 2023, Mercedes-Benz World, UK

UCX USA 

September 13-14th, 2023, The Fairmont, Austin 

Coming to the USA in 2023, the UCX event is an all-in-one conference, dedicated to exploring the future of work and customer technology. This year’s event has been developed in partnership with a range of market leading experts, to explore all of the most crucial trends influencing the workforce. Topics cover everything from workplace design to employee experience and flexible work.

Microsoft Ignite

An annual event hosted by the Meta company, Meta Connect is an opportunity for attendees to learn all about how the Meta (Facebook) team is investing in the future of the metaverse. The 2022 event explored everything from the introduction of new wearable devices in the workforce, to content creation and avatar development in the metaverse.  

As Meta continues to expand further into the metaverse landscape, we’re likely to see plenty of useful information about immersive collaboration coming from this industry event. Plus, the Connect event will give business buyers a great chance to learn more about VR tools like the Quest collection, and Meta’s own workplace platform.
