Designed for enterprises of all sizes, Anywhere Receptionist incorporates Microsoft Teams communications with contact centre features, such as call handling and call distribution.
Evolve IP formed a partnership with PeterConnects, which is part of the Anywhere365 Group, to increase visibility and product sales. Anywhere365 already has its own attendant console.

The Anywhere Receptionist is a telephone operator console created to optimise customer interaction, operator and caller experience in Microsoft Teams.
According to Evolve IP, the solution will also improve remote working conditions by making team members' availability statuses easier to track.
Features of the Anywhere Receptionist include presence information of all users, queue management, intuitive and modern user interface, drag and drop call transfer, and customisable widgets.
The solution also contains call-back reminders, automatic voicemail and email capabilities, contact management and monitoring, and a secure, browser-based cloud application.
