Evolve IP Embraces Oracle Communications to Expand Their Services

Cloud strategy company, Evolve IP recently announced that they would be implementing Oracle Communications to enhance their service portfolio.

Evolve IP and Oracle Communications

Innovators in the world of cloud strategy, Evolve IP, have recently announced that they'll be looking for opportunities to expand their service offering with Oracle Communications - a leading "as a service" organisation. Evolve IP provides high-quality cloud solutions to over 1,500 enterprises around the globe, serving more than 350,000 users, today, many of the world's biggest brands rely on this company to integrate multiple cloud solutions into a single strategy for success.

With Oracle Communications, Evolve IP hopes to update and upgrade its European infrastructure, delivering a new range of services to customers. The company has already deployed the Oracle SBC (Session Border Controller) to support secure IP access for the hosted contact centre software in their portfolio. With Oracle's SBC service, Evolve will be able to create an NFV-enabled and cloud-based networking strategy, improving its chances of expansion across the EU.

The Evolution of an EU Network

According to the Managing Director for Evolve IP in Europe, the company is fully committed to improving their network, and anticipating the needs of modern customers. They believe that the move to the cloud is a crucial part of digital transformation (DX), and hope that Oracle's SBC will add to their strength in IT, virtualisation, cloud, and telecommunications services.

Impressively, after careful proof-of-concept testing, Evolve announced that they were able to deploy the SBC within their network in a matter of days. The speed and security that Evolve IP have maintained when adding the Oracle SBC into their infrastructure is a testament to the company's position as an industry-leading brand.

Positioning Evolve IP for Success

According to a Principal Analyst from Global Telecom Tech and Software, David Snow, as more companies continue to make the move to the cloud, Oracle's SBC should be a valuable addition to the Evolve IP experience. Now that more network operators are beginning to embrace the value of virtualisation, Evolve's decision to take on the Oracle SBC technology will mean that the company has the foundation it needs to deliver the high-quality NFV-enabled cloud infrastructure companies need.

Together, Evolve and Oracle should help modern companies moving to the cloud to access reliable and secure unified communications services in both voice and video.
