Fuze technology partnerships expansion

Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications platform provider for the modern global enterprise, announced it has deepened relationships with hardware providers Logitech, Plantronics, Jabra, Polycom, and Yealink, to enhance its ecosystem and ensure a unified, personalised communications experience for its enterprise users. Additionally, Fuze is recognising eight technology partners for their contributions to the Fuze platform, highlighting the best-in-breed network of hardware and software providers helping Fuze create a superior communications solution for enterprise users.

Today’s digital workforce demands more consumer-like experiences when it comes to workplace conversations. According to a recent Fuze survey of more than 1,000 U.S. workers, 73 percent believe workplace technology needs to catch up to match what they use in their daily lives as consumers. Device partners play a critical role in this by equipping employees with the tools they need to have the best individual experience across the Fuze platform.

“As the future of work continues to shift towards something employees do, rather than a place they go, the tools that power communications are critical in enabling productivity and efficiency,” said Derek Yoo, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, Fuze.

“By expanding our relationships with leading innovators in the communications hardware market, Fuze is enhancing the user experience (UX) and enabling individuals to personalise the platform to match their communications style and preferences––regardless of how or where they work.”

As part of this partnership expansion, Fuze is working closely with Logitech, Plantronics, and Jabra to optimise the unified, end-to-end Fuze App experience, giving users direct control and enhanced quality from any one of the Fuze certified devices delivered from these technology partners.

Additionally, Fuze is continuing to reinvent the voice parts of its service to match the rapidly evolving needs of workers, including collaborations with Polycom and Yealink, on ways to enhance the deskphone experience.

At Enterprise Connect on March 12th, Fuze also recognised eight software and hardware providers for their roles in creating a more personalised and unified communications experience for Fuze platform users:

  • Most Tenured Technology Partner: Polycom
  • Fastest Growing Technology Partner: Yealink
  • Mobile Workforce Technology Partner: Jabra
  • Rising Star Technology Partner: Plantronics
