Lightware has bolstered its Enterprise leadership team with several key appointments to enhance its global operations.

Craig McQueen, formerly the Sales Director at Lightware UK, has been appointed as the Director of Enterprise Sales for the EMEA region at Lightware Headquarters. McQueen will work alongside Michael "Moose" Adams, who has been the Director of Enterprise Sales for the US region since April 2023. In addition, Péter Vida has assumed the role of Enterprise Sales Manager, further strengthening the enterprise sales leadership team.

Lightware says the new Enterprise team will play a critical role in expanding its international presence and ensuring its continued delivery of cutting-edge solutions to its Enterprise clients worldwide.

Siegfried Hermann, President of EMEA at Lightware, said:

These changes underscore our commitment to enhancing our Enterprise capabilities globally, enabling us to deliver exceptional value and service to our clients."

In his new role, McQueen will nurture relationships with Enterprise clients within the EMEA region. Lightware outlined his responsibilities as including growing Lightware's business through direct engagement with end users, promoting the Enterprise Partner Program, and providing support to local sales teams on large projects involving Enterprise customers. Lightware added that McQueen will also oversee the successful execution of extensive projects across various regions.

Lightware continued by saying McQueen will maintain his involvement with key end users and Enterprise relationships managed from the UK. He will participate in situations where UK dealers engage with major Enterprise clients or significant local projects. Furthermore, McQueen will dedicate efforts to cultivating new relationships with Enterprise end-users to position Lightware as a global standard in the industry.

"I am excited to lead Lightware's Enterprise Sales efforts across EMEA during this period of significant growth and innovation," McQueen added.

Lightware highlighted that Adams brings a wealth of experience to his role. He has been instrumental in expanding Lightware's presence and relationships within the American market. The company underscored his expertise in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships as being crucial as Lightware continues growing its US footprint.

In his new role, Vida will provide critical support to Lightware's regional sales teams and the Enterprise Team with Enterprise Partner projects. He will assist with global rollouts for Enterprise customers and act as a bridge between Lightware's regional offices and headquarters departments, ensuring cohesive and coordinated efforts across the company.

Lightware's 2024 So Far

Last month, Lenovo and Lightware partnered to launch an advanced solution for Microsoft Teams Rooms designed to enhance hybrid work.

The collaboration merges Lightware's sophisticated Taurus devices and LARA control software with Lenovo's ThinkSmart solutions tailored for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). These joint solutions aim to redefine collaboration technology standards by ensuring seamless integration, advanced functionality, and an enhanced user experience within contemporary meeting room settings.

Meanwhile, in May, Lightware announced a new integration between its Taurus Switcher solutions and Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows that facilitates bring your own device (BYOD) connectivity.

Lightware reportedly tailored its solution to cater to the needs of systems integrators, meeting room users, and IT professionals, providing advanced BYOD functionality and room control capabilities. The Taurus UCX/TPX Series Universal Switchers facilitate Teams Rooms users' effortlessly connecting their personal laptops to the room's meeting system. This enables content sharing and access to controls for lighting, projectors, and shades, enhancing the meeting experience.
