LogMeIn appoints Bill Robinson as first CRO to unify sales, customer experience and growth across SaaS and flexible work.

LogMeIn first Chief Revenue Officer

LogMeIn has named Bill Robinson as its first Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

The position is newly created and Robinson will be responsible for unifying the customer journey, finding new revenue streams from the SaaS provider’s portfolio, and helping to meet the company’s sales goals.

Robinson comes to the role from nearly a decade at NICE inContact. As CRO he will lead LogMeIn’s Global Sales, Customer Experience, and Business Operations teams and providing them with a single touchpoint for the customer experience, whether the products are sold directly or through channel partners.

Robinson stated:
