Presenter and Tech Journalist Patrick Watson is joined by Karl Roe.

In the pod Karl takes us through his main cloud service predictions for 2018, focusing on how the new and emerging technologies within collaboration will be utilised. Interestingly Karl also explains how some of the new technologies will be provided as a default within other service provision.

We also discuss cloud security and the cultural changes required, within both the channel and by end users, to overcome the fear of increased cloud uptake.

Towards the end of the pod we examine how cloud service providers need to collaborate more closely to provide customers with a unified experience, despite the different cloud platforms they may be using.
