We first spoke to Richard Roberts, VP of Channel for EMEA at Mitel. Richard gave us the latest update on plans for Mitel's Cloud Link platform and how the development of Mitel solutions is being driven by their existing customer base and their desire to move to Cloud.

Next up Chief Marketing Officer Wes Durow explained how the changing landscape of the communication and collaboration market was affecting customer requirements. He also discussed the emerging technologies that are giving organisations the possibility of revolutionising service for their customers.

Finally EVP for Products and Solutions at Mitel, Bob Agnes, tells us that Mitel are changing their approach and the reasons behind that but also some of the difficulties involved.
