Danish telco cloud provider M Mobility and Baltic cloud-based UC provider OSS Networks have adopted the Enreach name as the company continues to execute on its unified brand strategy across Europe. The announcements expand the Enreach brand in both markets and increase the footprint and awareness of the Enreach portfolio of services.
Since joining Enreach, M Mobility has expanded its portfolio which now includes cloud and contact centre and collaboration tools. This includes Microsoft cloud productivity tools and advanced integration options with Microsoft Teams. In addition, Enreach’s offering of converged contact solutions enables Enreach to integrate standalone channels into one user-controlled, simple to use, flexible solution.
With founder and former CEO, Søren Mathiesen Hass, stepping down, Enreach’s Danish presence will continue to be led by Charles Ginnerskov as CEO of Enreach Denmark. Ginnerskov also represents telco service provider ipnordic, which is also part of Enreach. All other customer contacts and M Mobility staff will continue in their roles within Enreach.
OSS Networks, a cloud communications market challenger in the Baltics, was acquired by Enreach in September 2021 and this rebrand represents a further step in the integration of the company with Enreach. Enreach says the rebrand creates instant harmonisation with its full portfolio of converged contact solutions that are offered to SME customers. These include omnichannel cloud contact centre solutions (CCaaS), video and chat, productivity solutions as well as its proprietary cloud telephony solution, Enreach Contact.
Enreach’s presence in the Baltic states will continue with the management team composed of Armands Meinarts, Juris Breicis and Mārtiņš Gailītis who will focus on looking after the existing business, and leading their experienced team of 26 people, which includes a strong development team, to drive new growth for Enreach in the region.
