Mitel has appointed Charles-Henry Duroyan as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
Duroyon will manage Mitel's global business operations, supply chain, and data privacy office. He will also oversee the business's strategic planning and M&A initiatives.
Following Mitel's recent acquisition of Unify and its ambitions of further market share expansion, Duroyon's remit will cover creating operational strategies that support company growth initiatives and optimise organisational efficiency while maintaining quality, compliance, and accountability in key business metrics.

Duroyon's CV includes an extensive knowledge of international markets from previous leadership roles as Chief Human Resources Officer, COO, and Chief Executive Officer in various industries. As Senior Vice President at Atos Tech Foundation, he oversaw corporate development and transformation efforts, such as chairing the sale of Unify to Mitel, which concluded in September 2023.
Before overseeing Unify's sale to Mitel, Duroyon served as Global COO of Unify, where he was accountable for supply chain, IT, quality, performance excellence, cloud partnerships, and strategic planning. Before that role at Unify, Duroyan was CEO of Fastviewer, a cloud company that specialised in remote support and web collaboration. Duroyon led the company to a successful sale. Before Fastviewer, Doryon's career involved important roles at Atos, Faurecia, and Taleo.
