Modality Systems Microsoft specialisation

Modality Systems, the world’s largest Microsoft communications partner, recently announced an exciting new step forward for its portfolio. The company has now achieved the Advanced Specialisation for Microsoft Adoption and Change Management.

Modality Systems is one of the first Microsoft partners in the world to receive this fantastic new Microsoft status. The new specialisation means that Modality Systems can work with its customers to address a rapidly growing market that’s already worth more than $9.5 billion globally. This is an amazing step forward for a company that already has a powerful relationship with the Microsoft brand.

Another Step Forward in a Successful Partnership

The Advanced Specialisation accolade for Adoption and Change Management allows Gold partners with Microsoft to demonstrate their expertise in change management and adoption practices. Modality Systems, which offers communication and collaboration solutions through Microsoft to five million people worldwide, has shown how successful its portfolio can be.

The new specialisation for Modality Systems will provide the company with an ability to highlight its deep knowledge and extensive experience in providing brilliant results in customer projects. This ensures that Modality Systems customers can access the highest standards for service delivery and constant customer support.

According to the Change Management Solution specialist, Prosci, projects that implement Change Management methodologies to address the people side of the business transformation process are 85% more likely to achieve their goals. However, organisations need a balance of the right training initiatives, change management, and user adoption tools to allow for a successful technology deployment.

Supporting Teams on the Path to Transformation

The Head of Alliances and Partners for Modality Systems, Georgina Rollins, said that both Modality Systems and Microsoft understand how important it is to have the right change management and adoption strategies in place. The Modality Systems team is thrilled to have achieved this new specialisation with Microsoft in under 2 months.

Already, more than 800,000 users around the globe use Microsoft Teams, and Modality Systems is well positioned to help customers make the most of this technology.
