NFON AG Announces Partnership with Gigaset Communications GmbH

Leading provider of cloud telephony solutions, NFON AG recently announced their partnership with Gigaset Communications GmbH.

NFON and Gigaset Communications partnership

One of the global leading providers of modern cloud telephony solutions, NFON AG announced that they would soon be partnering with Gigaset Communications to enhance their portfolio of professional telephone services and expand their business communication services. According to the Vice President of Products and New Business for NFON AG, Markus Krammer, the decision to collaborate with Gigaset will mean that NFON can not only extend their offerings in the business phone world but also expand their sales network to include a host of new customers too.

Bigger Products, Bigger Customers

In a UC environment where service providers constantly need to find new ways to differentiate themselves in the eyes of their target market, NFON AG is making a powerful move with this new partnership. The cloud solution designed in Germany is intended to offer secure and simple solutions for exceptional communications to customers around the world. NFON AG offers their clients a range of more than 150 intelligent features, along with cost efficiency, and essential security features too.

On the other hand, Gigaset caters for business with a wide range of its own communication solutions, equipped with the flexibility and scalability required to enhance the agile technology environment. Together, both Gigaset and NFON should be equipped to offer a more advanced end-to-end solution for next-level unified communications.

A Strong Vision for the Future

The new collaboration between NFON AG and Gigaset mean that the Gigaset Pro DECT products will be incorporated into the NFON telecommunications service from here out. The advantages that this will bring to joint customers include new and improved features, such as the automatic provisioning of handsets from the Gigaset N510 and N720 range. Business users will be able to access their handsets to use all the central phonebook features they may need, and access the PBX menu with functions like hot-desking, call forwarding, and queues.

Additionally, NFON AG announced that future extensions will be manageable from the NFON service portal for Gigaset users, and new handsets will be able to add into the network remotely through the auto-provisioning service.
