Presenter Patrick is joined by Markus Krammer, Vice President Products and News Business at NFON.
Before covering the latest NFON news Patrick asks Markus about the importance of the UK market for NFON. Markus tells Patrick that the UK market is slightly ahead in terms of cloud uptake and this makes it extremely important for NFON. Markus also informs Patrick about some of the nuances of the UK market and some of the more advanced requirements that customers have.
Patrick and Markus then move on to discuss different European markets. NFON have presence across the continent and early in 2019 launched into Italy. Markus tells Patrick about the recent development of the Italian UCaaS market. As well as the Italian launch NFON will also be imminently launching into France, opening an office in Paris.
