Lucas explains what PeterConnects offer, and how with their selection of products they try to enable meaningful connections for their customer and partner base.
Initially built to work on Cisco Unified Communication platforms, PeterConnects now integrates with Microsoft Skype for Business and Lucas has big plans for further integration with Microsoft Teams. PeterConnects have been selected as part of an exclusive group of developers to join Microsoft in discussing the APIs for third party applications to work with Teams in the future.
Lucas then moves on to discuss the changing market and how that will affect PeterConnects. Traditionally managing voice communications, PeterConnects have now enabled management and optimisation for omnichannel communication methods.
