PCI Pal payments security and CX conference

As PCI Pal's February 24th free virtual event, Payments: The Future of Security and CX is fast approaching – the leading SaaS secure payment solution provider reveals new information regarding what it will include, from industry leaders and partners participating to some of the topics to be discussed.

With data breaches making headlines throughout 2020 and going into 2021, the event will provide a critical opportunity for industry professionals to discuss innovative compliance, security and CX solutions within the contact centre and wider business communications environments.

The event will mark a first-of-its-kind opportunity to explore the reciprocity between payment security and customer experience, which is becoming increasingly significant.

In addition to PCI Pal's own CEO, James Barham, and CISO, Geoff Forsyth, other well-known speakers will include Ciske Van Oosten, Head of Global Business Intelligence at Verizon; and Neira Jones, an internationally-renowned name across the fintech and cybersecurity industries and PCI Pal Advisory Committee Member.

Jones will be the opening keynote, discussing "Secure Payments, CX Friend or Foe?" while Van Oosten will close the event with his own insights on the secure payment industry.

In between, attendees will be able to enjoy multiple sessions, such as a mutual session by Forsyth and 8x8 CISO, Michael Armer, joining forces to discuss the critical subject of "Securing Customer Data While Working Remotely;" a mutual session by Oracle's Marketing Insights Lead, James Tessier, and PCI Pal's SVP Strategic Accounts & Alliances NA Grafton Potter, discussing "Securing Payments in Today's New Normal;" and more.

Other supporting partners include industry leaders from NICE inContact, Calabrio, Vonage, Worldpay from FIS, PayPal and others. All partners will be hosting respective thought-leadership breakout sessions and will have their own booths in the event's breakout area.

“Like all other industries, the payments industry has been forced to accelerate its rate of transformation in the past 12 months” says Jane Goodayle, SVP Global Marketing for PCI Pal.

"In addition to learning from those recent transformations, we anticipate lively conversations with our partners and keynote speakers about future trends in the payments space, new challenges and how we can be faster to adapt to new standards while enhancing CX"

Payments: The Future of Security and CX will provide a rare chance to gain insights from all major industry leaders within the same event – making it an attractive opportunity for anyone concerned with the future of the payment industry. If you're interested in learning to improve payment security and creating a better CX in the process – this would be a great place to start.
