Pennine Receives Avaya Accreditation as a Top Cloud Specialist

Business communications company, Pennine recently received accreditation from Avaya as one of four UK cloud specialists.

Pennine Avaya cloud specialist accreditation

A brand that delivers a broad range of specialist products and communication services to the UK business market, Pennine launched in 1976, and today has reached a new milestone in their business growth. The organisation recently received that the communications giant Avaya has offered them accreditation as just one of four Cloud Specialists currently available within the UK.

Pennine will be adding this accreditation to their list of accolades when working with a broad client base of SMEs, local and public authorities, and Blue-chip businesses. The organisation has already won numerous awards and offers solutions like VoIP, hosted business telephony, data networking, and managed services.

According to Avaya, Pennine's position as a cloud specialist will help them to stand out in the competitive communications environment. In a press release issued about the award, Avaya noted that the accreditation demonstrates the brand's abilities to drive satisfaction for Avaya customers in the communications market.

Pennine believes that their Avaya portfolio helps them to deliver a range of benefits to their clients in a digitally-transforming marketplace. With the Powered by Avaya IP Office solution, which is fully managed and installed within Pennine data centres, the company can offer exceptional price competitiveness, combined with comprehensive services. Commenting on the recent achievement, the Sales Director for Pennine, Steve Watts said that the achievement is a significant one, which further underlines Pennine's expertise in the delivery and design of cloud services.

Achieving Cloud Elite Status

As one of only four companies in the UK to achieve the special cloud accreditation from Avaya, it's fair to say that Pennine now has another way to differentiate itself in the marketplace. According to Steve Watts, the award has placed the brand within a category of true cloud elites, allowing them to achieve a status that inspires greater confidence throughout the marketplace, and hopefully drive new customers their way.

In recent years, Pennine has been growing and evolving their services to suit a changing market. Pennine recently set up their own dedicated Pennine Cloud division to support the move to a cloud-based environment. Services include the provision of new end-to-end cloud solutions, which embrace everything from application and user management to connectivity and server infrastructure maintenance.
