The leading provider for enterprise-level communication and collaboration services, RingCentral, recently announced a new partnership with "PlanetOne Communications" in the form of a "premier master agent" connection. PlanetOne Communications is currently the IT and communication industry's preferred connectivity partner. The latest alliance will extend the reach of RingCentral's market into US-based agents and managed service providers that are looking for ways to migrate large enterprises from on-premise legacy systems, to cloud-based collaboration and communication solutions.
According to the president for PlanetOne, Lauren Shapiro, the world we're living in is currently one that's identified by a highly mobile and distributed workforce. As such, demand is rapidly growing for a new generation of enterprise cloud communication solutions that give employees a chance to effectively collaborate, communicate, and connect with customers, colleagues, and partners. The RingCentral platform should give PlanetOne the chance to empower their customers through advanced video, voice, conferencing, team messaging, SMS, and contact centre capabilities.
An Exciting Development for Both Businesses
Through their partnership with PlanetOne, RingCentral is hoping to continue its commitment to building a strong and reliable channel partner program, particularly including leading master agents. Because they're dedicated to the success of future and current partners, RingCentral has largely structured its program to be as collaborative as possible. For all different opportunities, RingCentral is asking different experts to join their partner team and work alongside them.
In an announcement about the latest collaboration, the vice president of global channel sales for RingCentral, Zane Long, stated that the company was thrilled to be working with PlanetOne and extending their reach in the Fortune 500. He noted that the channel relationships of PlanetOne are extensive, and its reputation for working with the finest businesses in the industry are bound to open additional doors for RingCentral and usher in new opportunities in enterprise and mid-market environments.
