With this in mind, we shall be taking a look at one of the brand’s flagship products, the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC, reviewing the many features it has to offer and giving our own professional opinion on what types of businesses would benefit most from investing in it.
I was lucky enough to catch up with Paul Dunne and Clare Tibbitts of Plantronics at UC Expo 2017 in London, who kindly stepped me through what's trending right now in the world of headset technology. By working seamlessly across various platforms including laptops, mobile phones and tablets, the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC is incredibly flexible and can be used on any device and from any location that is most convenient for the user.
As well as this, another interesting feature available on the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC is the Smart Sensor Call Activation that automatically answer calls as soon as a user puts on the headset, thus saving valuable time and boosting the efficiency rate of every operator. Likewise, the Voyager Focus UC will also mute the call and transfer the caller through to call hold music when the user removes the headset.
With Impeccable Sound Quality, the precision tuned triple-mics with enhanced DSP for superior background noise cancelling ensure that every word spoke is picked up with pinpoint precision and transported to the receiver with absolute clarity.
