Poly, the company that emerged from the merger between Plantronics and Polycom, recently announced the arrival of a new President and CEO. This global communications company, known for combining amazing video and audio experiences, is in the midst of exceptional growth.
Valid from the 8th of September 2020, Dave Shull will be taking over as the CEO and President of Poly, to help continue moving the company in the right direction. Dave will also be joining the company’s board of directors. Mr Shull is taking over from Robert Hagerty, who took the position of interim CEO from February this year.
Hagerty will be continuing in his position as Chairman of the Board, and resume his membership on Governance, Nominating, and Strategy committees. Hagerty is also resuming his role as Chair of the Acquisitions and Mergers committee.

According to Mr. Hagerty, Dave is an experienced technology veteran whose telecommunications and global operations knowledge, combined with extensive leadership experience and fresh insights, make him a good leader for Poly.
