Dedicated Unified Communications partner for Ericsson-LG in the UK, Pragma, has achieved some fantastic targets this year. The company recently launched its Cloud 3.5 solution, a significant update that delivers support for the new 1000i IP phones. The solution also comes with an automated provisioning service for IP phones along with an updated series of features that are geared to assist Pragma’s channel partners as they strengthen their customer offering.
Among the updates involved in iPECS Cloud 3.5 is the arrival of a free auto-provisioning solution for IP phones which will help partners to reduce the number of touchpoints required to establish new customers in the cloud. This capability will reduce the amount of time resellers spend on-site, while allowing for smoother transitions for end users.
According to the Product Marketing Manager for Pragma, Andy Herring, the company is very excited to be launching Cloud 3.5, and they’re excited that this move will help to transforming the provisioning journey for partners.
Creating a Solution that Stands Out from the Crowd
The upgrade to iPECS 3.5 will help Pragma to further differentiate itself from the various provisioning services and third-party solutions already in the channel. Marketing and Sales Director for Pragma, Will Morey, said that the company is delighted to be delivering even more value to reseller partners through the launch of the new cloud offering. This update will kickstart the exciting product roadmap that Pragma has planned for 2020.
As well as making provisioning into a simpler process for resellers, the Ericsson-LG enterprise and Pragma team have worked together to maintain the traditional telephony functionalities that end-users and partners adore. This ensures that the transition can be seamless from an end-user perspective. The team at Pragma are simultaneously working on launching a new Cloud-based contact centre and mobile solution going forward.
If that wasn’t enough, Pragma is also working on helping its comms resellers to tackle the challenge involved in maintaining recurring revenue. The transition from ISDN to SIP can be difficult for partners, which is why Pragma is delivering mass-deployable web listings solutions. This helps partners to grow their monthly billing revenues significantly.
Achieving 3 New Awards from Ericsson-LG
It’s clear that Pragma’s efforts in the current landscape are having a positive impact on not just their resellers, but also their relationship with Ericsson-LG too. The company was recently awarded three separate accolades at the Ericsson-LG partner conference this year. For the fourth time since the operations began in 2012, Pragma received the Global Partner of the Year award from Ericsson LG, while the technical team for the company also received Technical Team of the Year for the third year in a row.
