These days, businesses are beginning to see just how valuable recognition can be when it comes to motivating their employees. 58% of employees say that their business leaders could give more credit to encourage better results. For communication vendors and service partners, the key to success isn't just rewarding staff members, but recognising channel partners and resellers too.
This year, Pragma, one of the leading channel-focused UC distribution companies in the world, bought 20 of their highest-performing resellers a luxury beachfront vacation. The Cape Town celebration offered fun, excitement, and sunshine to the attendees, who had helped Pragma achieve another fantastic year of growth. The incentive trip was a celebration of the partner group's success selling iPECS cloud and on-premises solutions.

The trip to Cape Town represents Pragma's fifth partner incentive trip and acts as a fantastic way to recognise some of the incredible results that the business has achieved. Upon arrival, guests were able to enjoy a range of excellent activities, including partying at the Shimmy Beach Club or checking out the compelling history at Robben Island.
The Managing Director of Rydal, Steffan Dancy, commented on the trip - which was his fourth trip in total with Pragma. Dancy noted that the destination this year was terrific and that it was fantastic to spend some more time with the friendly Pragma team.
