PSU, a company dedicated to business technology management, and development, are hoping to expand their appeal to the current marketplace with their acquisition of the customers and assets of ICT company, "Hub" (Hub Business Solutions Ltd.). The purchase should help PSU to expand their levels of expertise within the business technology space, and provide space for them to expand into a brand-new wave of tech advancements.

The acquisition comes as part of MD Michael Lounton's plan to strategically accelerate growth within the business. As part of the purchase, PSU will also be getting access to the exceptional experience of Total Ltd (rebranded to "Bamboo") former director and co-founder, Stuart Baikie. Equipped with almost 25 years in telecoms, Stuart has built an impressive background in his field and has a reputation for facilitating growth. During his time at Total, he helped the company achieve a peak turnover of around £12 million, before eventually leaving in 2014.

A Step Forward for PSU and Hub

According to Stuart, who recently entered his role as PSU's new director for Telecoms sales, the acquisition was a good decision for not only PSU but Hub too. He commented that joining the PSU team was an easy decision for him, and Hub to make. Not only did the brand match the philosophy that Hub had been working on in the past, but the acquisition gave the company a chance to continue creating incredible end-to-end solutions, based entirely on the needs of the customer.

Lorne Fry and Glyn Evans of Hub will also be taking up leading roles as heads of mobile and telco departments in PSU following the acquisition. These two experts in their field will report to Stuart and are joining PSU at a time when the brand is currently taking huge steps towards its current growth targets. The latest purchase simply expands PSU's existing focus on a growing portfolio of telecoms services and products.

An Exciting Future Ahead

By providing a broader range of expertise within the business, PSU believes that the acquisition will be fantastic for growth. According to the MD, Michael Lounton, growth for PSU in the last year has seen significant uptake, as multiple product lines continue to capture attention and sales. As more customers begin to recognise the impeccable customer service that PSU can deliver, the addition of Hub's expertise will help to design a more effective solution for the company's clients.

As a group known for their innovative solutions in mobile, rapid deployment services, and next-generation IoT and wireless services, Hub seem like the perfect fit for PSU's business, as the brand moves forward to a new generation of technology to serve and delight their customers.
