Hot on the heels of Gartner's latest Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications 2017, Team UC Today thought we'd get our heads together and come up with our own way of summarising the unified communications market.
We're not completely satisfied with Gartner's Magic Quadrant, we think it's potentially an unfair impression of the unified comms marketplace and misleading to channel professionals and end users by excluding key vendors across the UC landscape.
