As one of the inaugural partners of the Hangouts Chat launch, this integration brings RingCentral’s enterprise-grade calling and video meetings capabilities to the Chat platform so users can effectively communicate and collaborate. RingCentral for Hangouts Chat is the latest integration leveraging the RingCentral Connect Platform, which integrates with over 1,000 partner and customer applications, essential for providing an enhanced business workflow environment.

With RingCentral for Hangouts Chat, users can quickly access RingCentral using the @ command. Available as an add-on bot, RingCentral for Hangouts Chat requires a Google account. To initiate a RingCentral call or meeting, a RingCentral Office subscription is required.
